Meet Karen

As Broker Associate with Great Estates International Realty, Karen possesses a wealth of knowledge in the luxury real estate industry. Before becoming Broker Associate with Great Estates International Realty in 2022, Karen co-owned POCKETLISTING, LLC, a real estate brokerage located in South Florida and North Carolina, where she was Broker for both states from 2018 to 2022.

 

In 2012 Karen joined Decorus Realty in Sunny Isles Beach, FL as a Realtor Associate until 2018. Prior to her partnership with Decorus Realty, Karen worked as a realtor associate at Keller Williams in South Beach and previous to that at Belmonte Group, located in the prestigious Mondrian South Beach, where she sold and marketed Condo/Hotel properties as well as general real estate.

 

As co-owner of Blue Ocean Luxury Real Estate Photography and Spectrum Real Estate Photography, both luxury real estate virtual media companies, Karen was presented with the opportunity to pursue a career in selling luxury real estate in the South Florida area. 

The success of her companies has also allowed her to make an abundance of connections in the South Florida luxury real estate market.

 

Karen has carved a niche in the area’s luxury real estate community by building a large client base through her virtual media companies. This has helped her shape the professional, efficient and thorough way she conducts business.  Her strong knowledge of luxury properties in the South Florida area are vital assets that contribute to her success.

 

Karen’s background in the corporate travel industry, where she handled all aspects of travel management for a large Pharmaceutical company, including negotiating contracts and meeting planning, has helped formulate her as a detail-oriented, service-driven real estate partner and business owner.

 

Though she has traveled the world for her work as well as personally, she has long held a special fondness for Miami, where she has lived since graduating from East Carolina University with a degree in Marketing.
